Have some extensive x-rays done it could be intestinal,hepatic,
gastrointestinal run full blood panel with a parvo test
also seek another vet

Go get a second opinion. See a different vet.
Otherwise I would just wait a bit.. make sure she has lots of water, and give her small amounts of food at first. Perhaps the vet can't find anything wrong because it's nothing really major.. perhaps like the K-9 version of the stomach flu.. or food posioning.
If she won't eat or drink for 2 days.. I would take her in to see the vet again

This shouldn't be a hard task for a veterinarian. You should definitly get a second opinion. I don't want to scare you but your pet may have intestinal worms. If so, ask your other vet that you find for the tablets to control these pests.

Get a second a opinion and asked your vet does know anything about a doggie disease called parvirus - This can be very deadly for a dog, the symptoms that you mention sound like PARVIRUS my dog had it once- But my mother is v.a - vet assistant and she gave him doggie kaopectate and antibiotics and in a few days he was back to normal.
