| I started a new vitamin regemin today, and I think it is making me feel ill. I took one Centrum One A Day Weight Smart vitamin and one Omega 3 Fish Oil capsul. I have taken the weight smart vitamins before with no problem, but for some reason, I'm starting to feel a little dizzy and nausous. Could it be the Omega 3 pill? If so, will these symtoms continue, or do I need to stop taking them? I took them with breakfast, so I don't think that's the problem. I've eaten normally since then as well. |
