Raccoons, but they usually wash their food with their hands, go figure. Or Otters... but they're always wet, and have to dive to get their food anyway. Same with muskrats.

None.
The Raccoon appears to do this, but according to Local Wildlife experts, it is just to Moisten Food. I guess their hands get washed and they are more sanitary than a lot of Humans without really trying.
