I recently brought 3 mice for my 10year old sisters

One is very off colour and has been so since apparently last night?
from the experience I've had with hamsters and such it looks like shes on her way out but I've tried my best, hot water bottle (not too hot) keep trying food water etc. Is there any remedies anyone has to help?
The local vets say they can 'fit her in on Saturday' and the emergency is about an hour away. Any help please?
Its symtoms;
heaving ribcage

bleary eyes
lack of response

I've kept mice and it sounds like she's dying I'm afraid. You need to get back onto the vet and tell them that you're bringing her down right now for euthanasia.

Could the mouse have hurt itself? My hamster has the same symptoms but cannot walk right because she jumped off a platform in her cage..silly girl. Obv a hamster and mouse aren't the same but she is really lethargic. I took her to the vets where she was given some pain killers, but on something so small it is prob hard to tell if she has hurt her legs.

I think all you can do is make it as comfortable as possible, like you are doing. Maybe try the vets again and said it needs to be put out of it's misery...or try a different vets?
