| maybe they have developed a stronger immune system. Since they eat everything raw. I mean the obviously don't have a stove and oven to cook with or the hands to use them. I think we kill our food. Destroy the enzymes that help our foods break down back to where they came from. Of course they still biodegrade but it takes air or the dirt and tempurature for the right kind of microbes to drift along and start chowing down. I don't know what that means in answering your question though. |

| They eat garbage, which is gross to us, but not necessarily spoiled. They will usually no eat food that is actually spoiled so badly that it would make a human sick. |

| The last one is right, they immune system has given them a lot on antibacterial enzymes (like lisozyme) in their *spit*. That's why they lick their wounds. Because of their comfortable surroundings, pets usually lose this traits... so don't make your dog lick your wounds... |
