|  It keeps them out of the weather and after use of the vehicle, it stays warm around the engine block. |

| If it is used regularly, it's nice and warm for them. If it's not used daily, it a nice home, away from other critters, plenty of places to make a nest, out of the weather, dark. Heck of a nice place to nest |
