| I think that I need to rewrite my question. Is it legal for movies, hospitals, or any facility to use a device to jam cell phones while you are in their building? |

| I am no a lawyer. If you jam a transmision that is monitored by the FCC you have a problem. If it is something that they get taxes from... your in trouble. |

| in most cases around the nation it is not technically illegal because the law doesnt ention it at all. there seems to be a balance to the technology right now, not very many places are using it without need, and i have personally noticed that many people are becoming more respectful of others when using their phones in public places. hope that helps. |

| It is illegal as of now, but lawmakers are trying to push for to make the legal in places like movie theaters. I just heard it on today's news. |
