| This is a serious question that I've wondered for years. So, bare with me and don't think I'm too weird. What did women do about their "time of the month" before there were tampons or sanitary napkins? Or have there always been some form of sanitary napkin? I feel like such a dumbie. LOL. Such an easy answer to a question I've been wondering so long but afraid to ask. Oh, well. Thanks guys ![]() |

| yes they used regular rags.....wich of course had to be hand washed |

| Don't feel dumb..I didn't know it either. I should have. My dad never wanted me to buy napkins..he use to tell me to use towels he used in his station business. |
