|  I just returned from a Riu resort in Mexico & although they don't specifically cater towards weight loss they do have many options to help you out. The menus are buffet but they have so much variety of salads & the fruit is amazing - plus they have freshly squeezed juices. They also offer daily aerobics by the pool, water aerobics, pilates & other activities like dance classes, volleyball, ping pong & dancing every night which is so much fun & will keep you active throughout your trip! |
