| Just curious, but how do companies like Pepsi and Coke make "diet" anything? There are also many sodas like Sprite Zero that have basically NOTHING in them. How does this work? |

|  They are simply made of water and chemicals that our bodies can't get any calories or nutients from. The chemicals are mostly synthetic. The artificial sweeteners trick the tongue into thinking the body is getting something sweet when there is actually no energy in it our body can get access to. |
