In response to some of your answers I would like to know if anybody knows a good pain management doctor in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I have constant pain and can't seem to alleviate it..Tylenol/ Motrin and other over the counters medications just are not working. Do you have any other information on alternative treatment like the injections or what other types of medicine will help. I just hurt so bad all the time. Thanks everybody for your help...I'm a newbie.

have you tried Magnessium, tabs or caps, start with 2 every night and up by 1 every wk until you get diarrhea, diarrhea is the excess being thrown off.

also, an allergy pill at night, such as benadryl, as allergies aggraviate &/or cause pain

also keep a food diary by brand name and write down an hour later how you feel. I was almost crippled by diet Pepsi, but everyone responds different to different things

What type of pain are you experiencing? I don't know any painmanagement places in Texas cos I'm from Ohio, but I work at a chiropractic office here, in conjunction with a great many painmanagement offices. certain injections work wonders for certain people, but i've never seen one cure anyone. A lot of times an injection will work the first few times and then stop producing effects. A good chiropractor is advantageous because instead of alleviating symptoms, he or she will target the cause of those symptoms. best of luck.

I personally know a very good doctor in pain management in Laredo, Texas. I suggest you contact his office and get his recommendation in the DFW area.
