| I am completing a study on alternative medicines in the US and wanted to ask your experiences of alternative medicine. Please answer the survey below honestly. The data is anonymous of course. 1. Do you use alternative medical approaches to improve your health? 2. If yes to question 1, how did you become aware of this/these therapy/ies? 3. Was the therapy/ies you used effective? Explain 4. Have you experienced difficulties (i.e. access or economic) in using this/these therapy/ies? 5. Do you believe Alternative medicine will become more widely accepted and used in the future?
