I want to start riding my bike.I used to do it,but then my muscles got lazy and i stopped.But now everytime i do ride my bike,my thighs start to burn 'cuz i guess i'm not used to it.But now,since i'm starting new,how long should i bike at first?should i start slow and easy?please help!
