| It makes me laugh. Each one list some new exercises that are the best exercises for what ever you are looking for. Then the next issue has new exercises that are the best. They are really just filled with lots of fads that will be out of fashion by the next issue. Also, a lot of the fitness magazines also own supplement companies, and they are trying to push their supplements. It's not only the ads, but in articles too. If you look closely, you can find the supplement company they own. Kind of like a "Where's Walso" game. |
