| mesothelioma? my dad found out he had mesothelioma on the first of march and he was going for a little operation to see how far it spred but on the day of the operation he died can i still clam even thought he has died |

|  Well, it depends on how he contracted asbestos poisoning. You (or whoever is your father's Executor) will have to contact a lawyer. They won't charge you for the consultation, and if they decide you have a case, it won't cost you any money up front. Their payment would come out of whatever money you were awarded. |
