| My 19 month old son used to have Wettabix for breakfast every day and then he got bored so I changed it to Frosties and again he got bored. Now the only thing he will eat for breakfast is some fruit that is cut up and peeled. I know that the fruit is good for him but is it enough for him to be able to have for breakfast. He has been eating 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 orange and a bannanna for breakfast. I wanna know if that will be enough to give him the energy that he needs and that it will be enough so that he doesn't get hungary. Any idea's how I can get him to eat some ceral too. He wont have toast either but once he would love that for breakfast. |
