| I am planning to buy my first home, and I am considering using a mortgage broker. My question is: Do I pay the mortgage broker fees out of pocket, or is it set in with the loan itself? I only have a set amount of money that I plan on using to purchase a home, and would hate to have additional costs in the end. Thanks |
