Can a probation officer check your e-mails, computer, phone, etc.?

| When on probation many of your constitutional rights are suspended. Also, the court can order any number of other restrictions, some of which are down right weird. So, yes, the Probation Officer can check your e-mail, computer, phone records, etc. He can also search your home, car, and person. He can also have you take a random drug test. |

| Old Fuzz is right. the probation officer can do pretty much what he wants to do while you are on probation. |
