| I am 6ft 153 lb male. I am 27 years old and have a body fat of 8%. I have been working out for sometime but realize that if I am going to gain I am going to have to eat a ton of food. I have done this in the past but had decent gains (1.5 lbs a month). Still wasn't eating enough. I am allergic to whey and all dairy products so that hurts when trying to pack in the calories. My question is this...Is there any health risks to eating every 2 to 3 hours and stuffing my face with large amounts of carbs and protein? When I start trying to gain I feel kind of gross for eating such large amounts. I have done a lot of research on how to gain weight just a little worried about it having negative effects like kidney stones or something weird. Thanks! |
