| We broke up, and now he won't pay about three grand, is it worth taking him to court. I know I'm stupid. He has the merchandise purchased with the card, and has been paying the bill on the credit card for a while now. But he hates me and is going to stop. Am I fucked? |

|  If you can prove that the card was "stolen" then you have about 60 days to dispute it with the card company. |
