| 2 computers in our office shut down when there is a power shutdown despite it being connected to UPS. Others computers continue to work fine. Why does this happen only with these two computers? What can we do to permanently fix this |

|  A UPS battery wears out in 2-3 years. Before that, they can also get to a state where they don't hold up the system very long. I have several UPS systems that are on the edge of failure. I usually replace the batteries in my UPS systems before failure. I buy them from a wholesaler for about $25. |
