I got into a car accident like an hour ago. My best friend and my cousin were in the back. My boyfriend was driving. A car hit the back of our car and my best friend and cousin weren't wearing their seatbelt, my best friend hit my cousin in the head and she hit the window. There was no blood or any serious injuries, but my best friend can't remember anything that just happened. He keeps asking the same questions over and over.

Please help ! Will he regain his memory? I'm scared that if he goes to sleep he won't remember anything at all when he wakes up .

Please. I'm so worried.
