|  How could you charge your elderly parent for rent and still look at yourself in the mirror? Before you charge your mom rent, think of all the things she supplied to you and for you since she gave birth to you. It's not easy raising children and to charge your own mother to stay in your home is very disrespectful, dishonorable. Do unto others as you would have done unto you. I do not mean to sound harsh but I could never charge my parents for anything because I know and understand what they sacrificed for me. A parent with alzheimers is devastating for not only you and your family but your mother as well. Instead of charging her rent maybe you could set aside some of her funds towards her medical expenses or other care and activities she will need in the future. |

| You can legally charge her as much as you want and if she won't pay then you can kick her out. But that's pretty cold hearted, unless she was a really awful person. Even then it's still cold hearted. |
