Absolutely.
Do you know that the Federal Government requires Fireproofing Standards on them among other things; Nothing your local Builder does unless really pushed and then watch out for shortcuts. Being built to higher production line economics, I would say that they are more energy efficient, more house for the money, compliant with all building codes, and have less hidden defects. Not a lot of Gingerbread to take your mind off of the Defects as in Stick Built, but there are some really attractive ones out there. Probably have a much better Warranty.
