| I left out some frozen, cooked pork ribs sealed in plastic bags on my counter for 24 hours. Room temperature was probably not higher than 70 degrees for the day. Did they go bad? |

| As long as they are thoroughly cooked through and hot when you re-heat them you should be okay. BUT, if they taste or smell funny AT ALL, throw them out. Pork can be tricky and it isn't worth getting sick. Bon Apetit! |
