for some reason starting yesterday my computer is going crazy. my friend was signing onto myspace and we heard this alert sound (like the one you hear when they want to install and active x) and all of a sudden the computer froze.
and aftr that these are the problems i'm having
first, all these weird ads from "outerinfo" keeps popping up when i go into websites
second, when i try to get into the bank of america website it keeps directing me to a different websites with bunch of different ads.
I bought webroot antivirus and anti spyware program and ran the full sweep and quarantined eveything that they caughtbut still it hasn't worked....
what could be going wrong? do i have to re format my computer completely?
