| Well, Randy... I always tip my Stylist at every visit. The salon owner I cover at New Years with a gift. Not sure if there is a formal method to this madness, just my personal theory. |

| I don't usually tip the owner of the salon. Their "tip" is whatever they are charging you for the services. |
