I know they can't tell fromur hymen cuz I heard sometimes that can break on it;s own...so how exactly can they tell???

They might be able to, depending how active you are, and if you have picked up anything unpleasant. If you don't trust your doctor to be honest with her or him, you should probably get a new one. I guess this can be tough if you're young and trying to hide everything from parents, and it's your family doctor or something. But when I was 17, the pediatrician I'd been seeing since I was 1 (a grey haired old man), suddenly told me that if I promised to be safe and insist on use of a condom, he wouldn't tell my parents anything and I could ask him anything I wanted. He said he'd only have to tell them if I got something (and STD) that needed a complex treatment.

Of course, 17 is the age of consent in New York. If you are younger, and depending where you live, it's hard to say what the doctor will say.
