| First of all I'm not fat or overweight, and a lot my weight is from muscle, but I want to be healthier and more fit. I'm a girl. I am about 5' 10" and weigh 150lbs. My goal weight is 135lbs, but my actual weight doesn't bother me. I don't live near a gym and am a complete lazy-ass. I feel completely retarded if I mention my weight, because people still call me skinny, but my body is not what I want it to be nor what I'm used to it being. I'm seventeen. I don't have to be skinny or I'll die. I just want to be healthy, problem is I am completely in love with food, would be a chef if I were gifted. I love flavors, and don't want to worry my family with the scary word "diet." What do I do? |

| you dont have to live near a gym to exercise. if youve ruled out changing your diet, exercising is obviously the only option. maybe start by walking around your neighborhood. when you get home, do some crunches/squats/and lunges(your adrenalin will be going from the walking anyway so you wont feel as lazy as usual) And just try not to eat just to eat. start when youre hungry, stop when youre not( i know it sounds simple, but most people- me included- dont abide by this rule) Good luck! |

| Yeah I tried diets for years until one day I said GO TO HELL DIETS ... I'm just not one for diets. I cannot do them no matter how hard I try. So just take small portions ... it might be hard if the food is great lol but you can do it, it's ok to cheat but just try to limit your cheating! |
