How can the Government allow Google Earth to take photographs of defence

Google earth doesn't have such photographs. Google earth only has what is public domain so it doesn't have pictures of defense installations of other countries because they weren't released to the public. Just try to look at Israel. You won't see anything at all.

How could the government stop them? Shoot down all the private satellites? It’s not doing that much harm. But I am curious why Google earth has very high quality photos of the US, but other countries like china, North Korea, or Iran have very low quality images. Seems kindof unfair.
