I have oatmeal with honey, mostly because it lasts and it's good for my cholesterol, as well as weight loss. Besides, I can't stand to eat as soon as I get up and oatmeal is about as non-disgusting as it gets.

Oatmeal, here's how I make mine - I make it with milk (you could also use soy milk) and add some golden raisins to it, pop it in the microwave, then after it's cooked I add a banana (I don't like cooked banana), some splenda, cinnamon, and fat-free french vanilla coffee creamer. It is soo good. You can also add some nuts such as almonds too for some more substance.
If I am in a hurry I just grab a yogurt and a banana. I don't really drink anything in the morning but orance juice would be a good choice.

Oatmeal and toast. I use the packages that come in a box. Just add 1/2 cup hot water.

Or one boiled egg boiled during the week. Toast if I have time.

Fried egg sandwich.

Dry cereal with milk. Toast.

Pancakes when I have time. I buy the frozen pancakes in the freezer section of the grocery store. Just pot them into the microwave.

I have juice with the above if I have it on hand.

Lots of people eat sandwiches for breakfast. Nothing wrong in that.

When on the run, keep Fiber One bars or oatmeal bars on hand.

A great morning breakfast is crests or biscuits, bacon, sausages, omlettes, pancakes, orange juice or apple juices, a couple of fresh fruit, syrup, and what ever else your TUMMY desires. Or how about cereal.

A yogurt parfait with granola and peaches. Vanilla yogurt or plain works great but if you have yogurt with fruit in it use granola and cheerios.
