| its a 2000 chevy impala .. . the thing that makes the seperpant belt turn got messed up and i got that fixed and since then my car has been jerking . today it jerked and kept jerking then cutoff now it wont stay on for longer than 4mins while driving unless i floor it but even then it starts jerking then acts if it struggling to stay on then cuts off what could be the problem? |

|  This could be hundreds of things, none of which can properly be diagnosed without performing fuel pressure tests, data stream tests, scanner tests etc....You need to take this to a professional and have a master ase certified technician diag this for you. Good thing is, most shops only charge an hour for the diag so for around 100 bucks, you can pinpoint what the problem is rather than just guessing and throwing parts at it hoping for a cheap fix, good luck. |
