Sounds healthy enough to me! I don't imagine many calories are in it. The potato probably has the most, and even those are good calories considering the rest of the meal is light. =) Sounds like a 300 cal meal tops, but I have NO idea.

Probably not much fo caloris, but it depends on if you put butter or anything else on the zuchini, or sweet potato. Not a bad dinner throw in a little fruit and round it out. Also a nice soup or even a salad would be nice as well.

Very healthy.
First, grilled fish is way healthier then fried fish. Sweet potato is a good idea as well and so is zuchinni. Truthfully, I don't know how many calories.. it depends on if you use butter, margarine (or whatever), what types of seasonings, etc.. =) It is healthy though.

A very healthy dinner. Keep it healthy by watching what you put on top of the potato and add to the zucchini. I think the entire meal is under 350 calories. Sweet potatoes have quite a bit of calories- but it has no fat, so don't be concerned with the number of calories. Have some fresh fruit for dessert.
