I bought some vrozen veggie medleys (broccoli and cauliflower, etc) and though my kids will it them warmed up with a little butter and garlic on them I'm looking for something different. They don't like cheese sauce so that would be out. Anyone have any nice side ideas using these frozen veggies?

Try adding cooked corkscrew pasta and a butter sauce, then sprinkle with parmesan.

Do your kids like the garlic taste?

Get a bottle of Catalina salad dressing and/or a bottle of Hidden Valley dressing. See if that taste good to them.

By the way, Catalina dressing is good poured over chicken and bake in the oven or no top of the stove; or pop into the microwave. Be sure to cover.
