He has broken several laws from domestic spying to allowing torture, to unlawfully holding prisoners without right to council. He seems to be writing his own constitution.

1st of all the United States Constitution applies only to Citizens not Foreign Nationals, and as far as I am concerned any Foreign National who commits Terrorism against the United States deserves to be tried in a Military Court and shot to death by a Military firing squad.

Second of all President Bush is not responsible for any Torture, most of our Troops do not torture at all and the few that did torture have either already been Court Martialed or will be Court Martialed soon as well as being Dishonorably discharged thus being denied Military Pensions and a denial of rights to be buried in a Military Cemetery.

2nd of all Saddam Hussein was a mass torturer but I suppose you would have Saddam Hussein as your President and walk 10o steps to serve him the most expensive French Wine that only he and his closest friends would be allowed to have if he were your President.
