...used vehicle? Without, paying super high interest rates? I also want to spare myself the embarrassment of being turned down for a car loan at a dealer. Any suggestions?

no, they'll rip you on the interest rate.All those buy here pay here used car places really take advantage of people. For example, they'll charge you $5k for a $3K car and make you put down $1500 then even if you make 1/2 the payments before they repo it, they make out

Save some money and pay cash for a car.

If you have bad credit now, adding more long term debt to our already stretched budget is the last thing you need.

Go to lendingtree.com, eloan.com, capitalone.com or if your credit is as bad as you think - lower than 600 score, go to drivetime.com or roadloans.com. The last two specialize in loans for people with credit problems. But first, check your score. I find that sometimes people think they have terrible credit, and its not as bad as they think.
