| paying two mortgage payments? what should i pay for a house that needs a lot of cosmetic work, needs new deck, and needs new french drain? the market is real slow here and the owner is making two mortgage payments. owner is asking 182000. |

|  Don't know where you are but if the house is worth what they are asking does not matter how many loans they have, so you have to fix a few things its not a new home is it? then if you like it buy it if not then walk away 182,000 does not seam like a lot for a house but again i don't know where you are |

| In this market you should be able to find a walk in house for 182K............not something that needs work........check it out.......... |
