|  If you have just filed, as you say, you will not be able to get a car loan at all. No one can make a loan to you during the pendency of your filing, You are under jurisdiction of the federal bankruptcy court and not free to just run around borrowing more money. It would jeopardize the claims of other listed creditors. Generally you must be discharged from bankruptcy before even the high interest boys will touch you. |
