I got a recipe for Carrot Cake Bars from the Great American Baking company that had cards that you kept in a tin. They would send you cards, decos and cookie cutters each holiday along with cards. I have lost the recipe and it was such a good one. It called for fresh carrots, not baby food and you baked it in a 13x9 pan and they were only an inch deep but so moist. Does anyone have this recipe? I emailed the company and no one has responded.
