I'd do a breakfast casserole, the kind with hashbrowns. You can assemble it tonight and keep it in the fridge, wake up and bake it, then turn the oven down to warm and crawl back into bed until he wakes up. That way you know it'll be warm.

Oh I have been there. I have the best recipes I use for that..and I promise it won my hubby (boyfriend at the time) over soooo fast!

French Toast:

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup flour
-1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 slices Texas toast thick bread
- 3 tablespoons butter
-powdered sugar
- butter
- syrup

Mix together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt& cinnamon.

Heat a large skillet, or griddle.

When the skillet is hot, add 1 tablespoon butter.

If the butter smokes, your pan is too hot; turn down the heat.

Dip each slice of bread into the batter for 30 seconds on each side.

Scrambled eggs recipe:

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
-2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon water
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
-1/2-3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese (I use sharp)

In a medium size bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, water, and salt and pepper until fluffy.

Using a nonstick frying pan, melt butter and cook eggs over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the cheese.

Cook until you reach desired consistency.

I got both of these off a site, and they always work! Trust me!

What does your bf like make his favorite make omelets and homemade potatoes.
I well give you my recipe for my potatoes my husband and everyone likes goes wild about
you peel and slice the potatoes in thin slices then wash off the potatoes in cold water put them in a microwave bowl put water 1/4 cup in the bottom of the bowl then microwave for 5 min. while this is cooking take your frying pan and put alot of butter in it and melt the butter put onion in it and cook the onion ( this is optional) after the potatoes come out of the microwave. place aside. put seasoning salt in the bottom of the pan.then put the potatoes in the pan cover it and let it cook under medium heat for 15min turning occasionally, then take off the lid and cook them till there brown oh yes add pepper to it while browning. after golden brown serve it with his favorite thing pancake eggs what ever he likes.when cooking potatoes make sure it's coated in butter and the seasoning salt, pepper don't add salt that well make it too salty.
try this let me know if he likes them.
But you know just taking his hands in yours and looking him in his eyes and saying I'm sorry goes along way.

It doesn't matter what you cook, but serve it to him on a tray.

You can cook these recipes for only ten minutes:

Ingredients
For two people (Vegetarian)

100g self raising flour
1 medium free-range egg
150ml milk
1 teaspoon sunflower oil
2 bananas
pure maple syrup
Recipe
Sift the flour and a pinch of salt into a large bowl and make a
well in the middle. Add the egg and slowly pour in the milk,
whisking constantly. Add the oil and whisk until completely
smooth. This batter mix can be made the night before
and kept in the refrigerator for an even quicker result.

Cut the bananas on the diagonal into thick slices. Make the
pancakes by greasing with butter the base of a frying pan. Once
the pan is hot pour in about 3 tablespoons batter, then top with
one of the sliced bananas. Once you see tiny bubbles and the batter
begins to firm up flip the banana pancake over with a spatula.
Cook on the other side for a minute or so.

Keep warm, loosely covered with foil, while you make
the other pancake.

To serve drizzle with warmed maple syrup.
