Is there any flow in my logic:

....Health care reform doesn't happen because insurance corporations have "too much" money. Corporation have "too much money" as result of their lobbying activities. High profits and "stability" on legislative level made this industry really attractive for investment - health care corporations accumulated so much wealth that they became somewhat "untouchable" and can afford to buy pretty much anything: each other, politicians, PR and news media. The only "force" that they are still afraid of is their investors.
If it would be possible to somehow damage cozy relationship between investors and insurance corporations, then there will be a chance to start talking about reform.

am i missing something?
