| im looking for the best quality on these items: Mobo and with either AGP or PCI Video card Processor Hardrive Im going to use my original floppy and drives ,all ive ever had has been Asus mobo (good quality) but im also looking at cost im wanting to stay at around 250.00-300.00 im not trying to build a Cray,2-2.5ghz,thx in advance |

| I would stick with the asus brand, I've had bad luck with other mobos. The video card of choice for the cheapie is a nvidia 6600gt (great linux support as well) stick with a AMD processor (preferb a lower 64 model) for the harddrive find a special going on at a local officemax or staples and you can get a 100+GB for around $30-40 with rebates. |
