|  Spending money on a quad-core processor if you are mainly gaming is a major waste. There is a very small number of software on the market, that actually makes use of multithreading in a manner that would justify more than 2 cores (3d animation and rendering software for instance). As far as I know there is not a single game on the market that will gain anything from a quad-core processor. |
