| I tried to apply for a personal loan because I have a lot of credit cards, but was denied the amount I wanted. The reason I did this was to consolidate and make it easier for when I get a car....now I'm worried that I won't get a car loan at all! Is this true? |

|  Well generally banks tend to be a bit tougher when it comes to loans but taking into account the issues you stated I think you will have a hard time getting a car loan. Having alot of 'owed credit' really badly effects your 'purchasing power'. |

| Typically auto dealers will finance anyone no matter how bad the credit is. I think the only exception is a repoed car where they might require a cosigner. Otherwise they will just give you a loan at a very high interest rate. Oh and ya going to a bank for a loan is pretty hard if your credit is shaky. Auto dealers will be more flexible but again higher interest rates will be something you will need to deal with. |
