| goverment legally? For ex. The ghetto people rob people for their property(this is ilegal)the united states imperializes a country(same diffenrence but this is legal) taking over or control of someone's property is stealing/robbing |

|  Well, it's pretty simple. The people in the ghetto's don't make the laws, but the politicians do. People in Ghetto's don't enforce the laws, the politicians do. |
