| I had some cheese/spinach dip for lunch, then it sat in my car(not too hot, maybe 60 degrees) for about 2 hours before I could get home and put it in the fridge. It's cooked cheese, so is it still safe to eat? |

| i don't think 2 hours is too long if you said 4 hours i would say no |

| No... At that temperature, plenty of Bakky-turia (bacteria) could adhere their slimy bodies to the chiz. (cheese) |
