| I am located in Downey, CA; My loan amount is $560 and the house value is $450. Is there a way that I can lower my loan amount? What would I have to do to convince the bank? |

|  You my want to ask the bank (make sure you talk to the right department loss mitigation dept.) if they are able to re-structure the loan to the current value The bank does not need to be convinced they already know |
