Try to get financed with a credit union. Most credit union have rules to get in. One common rule is that any one who is a senior citizen can get in and, any family member of a member, can get in. So sign up your granmother for 5 bucks and get a credit union loan. If your credit is 800 you can get pre approved and ask for a lower rate than you already have and many times get it as car dealers have some advantages with rates on automobiles. They just do not like to pass that along. I have found many local banks do not really like car loans and short the months to like 48. So ask around.

Easier - yes! Get a loan quote from a bank or your credit union. BUT - be sure to compare what you get pre-approved for with what the dealership offers. You may be surprised to see them offer you a better deal. Keep the car sale TOTALLY separate from the financing though. Work both sides as they make VERY good money off the financing as well as the car sale itself.

yes indeed it is always advisable. What you can do is go to http://www.urlpire.com/?HGFEK and apply for Auto loan. They are one of the best ones and you should be done in 5 minutes without waisting ur time on phone.
