see him once in a while. Any advice? I'm not sure if he knows my signals that I like him. Aren't work relatioships supposed to be seperate from personal relationships?
I have his pics all over the place. I dream about him and even making out, Am I going too fast here? I'm guessing he thinks I'm looking at his down there. Again any advice

i have dated someone i worked with and it is too ackward. i would say don't do it. if he rejects you then you'll feel stupid around him and if you guys end up dating and break up it will be hard to see him. plus it just sounds like your infatuated with him and maybe want nothing more than a physical relationship

If you're not seeing enough of this guy, then make a point to see more of him. Consider innocently asking him to join you for lunch/coffee/movie. Soon enough, he'll get the idea that you are interested, and will then signal back (or say outright) whether he is similarly interested. You gotta do this: nothing ventured, nothing gained.

The reasons relationships at work are a bit trickier than "outside of work" are: 1) if there is a reporting hierarchy involving the two, then there may be perception of favoritism 2) if the relationship fizzles (or worse, ends with high drama), the two people may still need to work together, and may find that situation a challenge.

However, some relationships at work pan out just fine. Many people meet their partners at work, due to getting to know someone well by virtue of working together.

See more of him. Eventually he'll get the picture. It depends wether or not you're both cool with working together. Sooner or later, it'll get old.

How do you know if you like him if you only rarely see him? Just invite him to lunch some day. If he's interested he'll go for it.
