| Yes, without a doubt, MIT (http://www.mit.edu) is the place to be for computer Engineering, but plan so if you want to go in a research career. The most hi profile researcher are from MIT, so it is very very difficult to get in there. Their acceptance ratio is very low with respect to the number of applicants. Other places for excellent computer education are Stanford, Princton, University of Berkley. For more info, you can search on the rankings of different universities in the area of comouter science. |

| Yes, according to rankings, and if you can get in - it is highly competitive. Also great schools are CIT, RIT, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech. (In that order, in my opinion.) |
